摘要
土壤藻类是生物结皮的重要组成部分,其数量和种类影响生物结皮的形成和发育。利用藻类形态学鉴定和数量生态学方法,分析库布齐沙漠生物结皮中蓝藻和绿藻的物种组成和时空分布特点。结果显示:库布齐沙漠生物结皮中绿藻共有11科16属34种,蓝藻共有8科10属40种。不同样地生物结皮蓝藻、绿藻α多样性以人工促成藻结皮发育样地最高,而围封油蒿自然群落样地最低,表明不同程度扰动对生物结皮中的蓝藻、绿藻多样性具有影响;β多样性以人工促成藻结皮进一步发育形成的生物结皮与自然油蒿群落中的蓝藻、绿藻物种组成相似度最高。不同时期生物结皮中蓝藻、绿藻的α多样性10月最高,8月显著低于10月;β多样性以8月和10月的蓝藻物种相似度最高(0.72),6月和8月的绿藻物种相似度最低(0.462),表明不同时期物种相似度可能与水分、温度条件密切相关。生物结皮中藻细胞密度在6月最低,10月达到高点,在人工促成藻结皮后发育的样地中10月藻细胞密度达到峰值(66339.62 cell/mL)。
Soil algae are a vital component of biological soil crusts,with their quantities and types influencing the formation and development of biological soil crusts.This study employed morphological identification of algae and methods of quantitative ecology to analyze the species composition and spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of cyanobacteria and green algae in biological soil crusts of the Kubuqi Desert.The results revealed that the biological soil crusts contained 34 species of green algae from 16 genera and 11 families and 40 species of cyanobacteria from 10 genera and 8 families.The α-diversity of cyanobacteria and green algae in biological soil crusts was highest in the artificially promoted algal crust development plot and lowest in the enclosed natural Artemisia ordosica community plot.This indicated that varying degrees of disturbance influenced the diversity of cyanobacteria and green algae in biological soil crusts.Theβ-diversity analysis showed the highest similarity in species composition of cyanobacteria and green algae between the biological soil crusts developed from artificially promoted algal crusts and natural A.ordosica communities.Temporally,theα-diversity of cyanobacteria and green algae in biological soil crusts peaked in October and significantly decreased in August.According to theβ-diversity analysis,the cyanobacteria species similarity between August and October was highest(0.72),while the green alga species similarity between June and August was lowest(0.462).This suggested that species similarity in different periods may be closely related to moisture and temperature conditions.Algal cell density in biological soil crusts was lowest in June and peaked in October.In the artificially promoted algal crust development plot,the algal cell density was highest in October(66339.62 cells/mL).
