上下重叠采空区气体多场耦合动态平衡分析研究

摘要 以察哈素煤矿3-1煤层工作面为研究背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场应用等手段对上下重叠采空区气体多场耦合动态平衡进行研究,研究结果表明:工作面流场压力与多层采空区流场压力保持动态平衡,可有效阻止上覆采空区有害气体与本煤层工作面气体流动交换;应用局部流场动态平衡理论,压力适中时,工作面与多层采空区之间形成局部流场动态平衡,采空区内的有害气体在采空区内部形成明显的自旋流动;局部动态平衡自动控制,可实现对多个调控点进行补偿控制,保证工作面安全回采。 Based on the research background of the 3-1 coal seam working face in Chahasu coal mine,adopts theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field application to study the multi-field coupling dynamic balance of gas in goaf with top and bottom overlapping.The research results show that:the flow field pressure of working face maintains a dynamic balance with the flow field pressure of multilayer goaf,which can effectively prevent the flow exchange between harmful gas in overlying goaf and gas in working face of coal seam.When the pressure is moderate,the dynamic balance of the local flow field is formed between the working face and the multi-layer goaf,and the harmful gas in the goaf forms an obvious spin flow in the goaf.Local dynamic balance automatic control can realize compensation control of multiple regulation points to ensure the safety of mining face.
