泰万菌素防治猪病的研究进展

摘要 由于抗生素药物的广泛使用,导致药物残留和细菌耐药性等问题出现,对全球公共卫生安全造成了巨大威胁,基于此背景,在动物临床治疗中选用抗生素药物需慎之又慎。大环内酯类药物在治疗畜禽呼吸道和消化道疾病方面具有不可替代的作用,泰万菌素作为动物专用的第三代大环内酯类药物,因具有高效、低毒、低残留且不与其他大环内酯类药物交叉耐药的特点,被广泛应用于动物的疫病防治工作中。泰万菌素是目前能够同时有效治疗猪增生性肠炎(PPE)、猪支原体肺炎(MPS)和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)三大疑难猪病的兽药,并且具有提高动物非特异性免疫的功效,在猪群的保健和猪病的治疗上发挥了巨大作用。本文对国内外应用泰万菌素防治PPE、MPS、猪痢疾(SD)、PRRS、早期断奶仔猪应激综合征(PEWS)、猪结肠螺旋体病(PCS)、仔猪腹股沟淋巴结增大和变蓝等猪病的研究成果进行综述,证实泰万菌素防治上述猪病功效显著,为泰万菌素在生猪养殖业的合理使用提供理论依据。 The widespread use of antibiotics has led to increasing concerns over drug residues and bacterial resistance,posing significant threats to global public health.Against this backdrop,the selection of antibiotic drugs for clinical veterinary use requires careful consideration.Macrolide antibiotics play an irreplaceable role in treating respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases in livestock and poultry.Tylvalosin,a third-generation macrolide developed specifically for veterinary use,is widely applied in the prevention and control of animal diseases due to its high efficacy,low toxicity,minimal residue,and lack of cross-resistance with other macrolides.Tylvalosin is currently one of the few veterinary drugs capable of effectively treating the three major and complex swine diseases:porcine proliferative enteropathy(PPE),mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine(MPS),and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS).It also enhances nonspecific immunity in animals,making it highly valuable for herd health management and disease treatment in pigs.This paper reviews domestic and international research on the application of tylvalosin in the prevention and treatment of PPE,MPS,swine dysentery(SD),PRRS,piglets early-weaning synodrome(PEWS),porcine colonic spirochetosis(PCS),and piglet inguinal lymph node swelling and cyanosis.The findings confirm that tylvalosin demonstrates significant therapeutic efficacy against these diseases and provide a theoretical basis for its rational use in the swine industry.
