摘要
胃癌前病变(precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,PLGC)是指具有恶性转化可能的胃黏膜肠上皮化生和异型增生(上皮内瘤变),并常伴行于慢性萎缩性胃炎的发展过程中,是正常胃黏膜转变为胃癌的关键病理阶段。PLGC作为胃癌防控的关键和胃癌二级预防的研究重点,早期诊断和逆转PLGC对胃癌的防控具有重要意义。研究发现PI3 K/AKT信号通路与癌症、糖尿病、心血管疾病和神经疾病等多种疾病的发生密切相关。文章就近年来PI3 K/AKT信号通路及中医药通过该通路改善PLGC的最新研究成果做以简要概述,以期为治疗PLGC及预防胃癌的发生提供一定的启发,为后期PLGC相关中药新药的研究提供理论依据。
Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)refers to the gastric mucosal intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia(intraepithelial neoplasia)with the possibility of malignant transformation,which is often accompanied by the development of chronic atrophic gastritis.PLGC is the key pathological stage for the transformation of normal gastric mucosa into gastric cancer.PLGC is the key to the prevention and control of gastric cancer and the research focus of secondary prevention of gastric cancer.Early diagnosis and reversal of PLGC are of great significance for the prevention and control of gastric cancer.Studies have found that the PI3 K/AKT signaling pathway is closely related to the occurrence of a variety of diseases,including cancer,diabetes,car-diovascular disease,and neurological diseases.In this review,the PI3 K/AKT signaling pathway and the latest research results on the improvement of PLGC by traditional Chinese medicine through this pathway in recent years are briefly reviewed,in order to provide certain inspiration for the treatment of PLGC and the prevention of gastric cancer,and provide theoretical basis for the lat-er study of PLGC-related Chinese medicine new drugs.
