铜材薄壁管壳成型工艺技术研究

摘要 锡青铜管料在车削过程中出现的孔偏、表面粗糙以及尺寸离散性问题,是导致模具弯曲后零件合格率低的主要原因。本文深入探讨了从刀具选择、车削参数优化、设备调整、辅助工艺改进以及车削工步优化等多方面入手,提升管料车削质量的方法。通过这些措施,有效避免了弯曲工艺中常见的腰鼓状变形、小孔椭圆或不规则以及尺寸超差等问题,成功实现了铜材薄壁管壳零件的弯曲成型,为提高生产效率和产品质量提供了技术支持。 Verification has demonstrated that issues such as hole deviation,surface roughness,and dimensional dispersion in tin bronze tube blanks during turning are the primary causes of low conformity rates after bending with molds.This paper thoroughly explores methods to enhance the quality of tube blank turning from multiple aspects,including tool selection,optimization of turning parameters,equipment adjustment,improvement of auxiliary processes,and optimization of turning operations.These measures effectively avoid common problems in the bending process,such as barrel-shaped deformation,elliptical or irregular small holes,and dimensional over-tolerance.The study successfully achieves the bending forming of thin-walled copper tube shells,providing technical support for improving production efficiency and product quality.
