摘要
以太原市某老旧小区改造项目为例,提出综合采用无人机倾斜摄影测量、传统解析法测量、房产调查与测量、小区人文环境调查等多技术手段,构建了一种系统、全面、从整体到局部再到细部,从测量到调查的基础数据采集的工作模式,从而为体现小区特点、合理制订改造方案奠定了坚实基础,也为今后的老旧小区改造相关工作提供借鉴。
Taking the renovation project of an old residential area in Taiyuan as an example,this paper proposes the comprehensive use of UAV oblique photogrammetry,traditional analytical method of measurement,real estate survey and measurement,investigation on the humanistic environment of the residential areas and other technical means.We have established a systematic and comprehensive working mode for collecting basic data from the whole to the parts and then to the details and from measurement to investigation.This has laid a solid foundation for reflecting the characteristics of the residential areas,formulating reasonable renovation plans,and providing reference for future work related to the renovation of old residential areas.
