电路板焚烧熔炼渣煅烧改性制备氧载体及其吸释氧性能研究

Preparation of Oxygen Carriers by Calcination Modification of Circuit Board Incineration Slag and Their Oxygen Absorption and Desorption Performance

摘要 将掺杂不同比例铜精矿的电路板焚烧熔炼渣进行高温煅烧改性制备氧载体,考察不同铜精矿掺杂比例和煅烧温度对氧载体物相组成、表观形貌的影响,并对制备的氧载体进行吸释氧性能研究。结果表明:氧载体的主要物相为CuFe_(2)O_(4),提高铜精矿的掺杂比例和煅烧温度有利于氧载体CuFe_(2)O_(4)的生成;制备的氧载体具有优异的晶格氧转移能力,在空气氛围中,氧载体由于吸氧质量增加约3%;在氮气氛围中,氧载体由于释氧质量减少约4%。 The incineration slag of circuit board was doped with different proportions of copper concentrate,and then calcined at a high temperature to prepare oxygen carrier.The effects of doping amount of copper concentrate and calcination temperatures on the phase composition and morphology,as well as the oxygen absorption and desorption performance of the prepared oxygen carrier were all explored.The results indicate that CuFe2O4 is the main phase of the oxygen carrier,the formation of which can be improved by increasing the doping amount of copper concentrate and calcination temperature;the prepared oxygen carrier exhibits excellent lattice oxygen transfer capability;the mass weight of oxygen carrier in an air atmosphere increases by about 3%due to oxygen absorption,while the mass weight in a nitrogen atmosphere decreases by about 4%due to oxygen desorption.
