摘要
目的评价预防接种线上家长课堂的效果。方法在上海市静安区预防接种门诊选取≤3月龄儿童的家长,随机分为线上家长课堂干预组、线下家长课堂干预组和对照组,比较三组儿童家长预防接种相关知识的认知情况、疫苗接种倾向、对疫苗的信任情况等。结果在疫苗相关知识的认知情况方面,线上干预组对问题“接种时间可以推迟不能提早是否正确”的回答正确率低于线下干预组。在疫苗接种倾向方面,线上干预组觉得成年人需要注射疫苗的比例高于对照组和线下干预组,对于免费疫苗的接种意愿高于对照组和线下干预组。线上干预组对国产疫苗的信任度高于线下干预组。结论预防接种线上家长课堂可显著提高成人的疫苗接种意愿和对疫苗的信任度,可以作为线下家长课堂的重要补充形式。
Objective To evaluate the effect of online parent vaccination class.Methods Parents of children aged≤3 months were selected from the vaccination clinic in Jing'an District,Shanghai.They were randomly divided into an online parent classroom intervention group,an offline parent classroom intervention group,and a control group.The knowledge and awareness of vaccination related knowledge,vaccination tendency,and trust in vaccines among the parents of the three groups of children were compared.Results In terms of vaccine related knowledge awareness,the online intervention group had a lower accuracy rate in answering the question of Is it correct to postpone vaccination time or not?compared to the offline intervention group.In terms of vaccination tendency,the online intervention group felt that the proportion of adults who needed to receive vaccines was higher than that of the control group and offline intervention group,and the willingness to receive free vaccines was higher than that of the control group and offline intervention group.The online intervention group had a higher level of trust in domestic vaccines than the offline intervention group.Conclusion Online parent classrooms for vaccination can significantly increase the willingness and trust of adults to receive vaccines,and can serve as an important supplement to offline parent classrooms.
