摘要
随着社会经济和科学技术的不断发展,我国集成电路的设计和制造水平已经有了很大程度的提高。射频集成电路是电子技术的重要组成部分,在射频集成电路的开发和制造中,射频测试技术水平的高低对射频集成电路的生产质量具有重要的影响。本文以射频集成电路为主要研究对象,对基于神经网络的射频集成电路技术进行了探讨和分析,期望为我国射频集成电路的生产和发展提供可借鉴的经验。
With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,the design and manufacturing level of integrated circuits in China has been greatly improved.Radio frequency integrated circuits are an important component of electronic technology.In the development and manufacturing of radio frequency integrated circuits,the level of radio frequency testing technology has a significant impact on the production quality of radio frequency integrated circuits.This article focuses on RF integrated circuits as the main research object,and explores and analyzes the technology of RF integrated circuits based on neural networks,hoping to provide reference experience for the production and development of RF integrated circuits in China.
