摘要
随着数字化技术的飞速发展,物流行业作为经济社会发展的重要支柱,推动数字化转型升级具有重要意义。在社会经济数字化转型的背景下,运用熵权TOPSIS定量分析法评估了我国各省份物流业的数字化发展水平,并结合空间相关性分析研究了其区域差异和时空演变特征。研究发现,我国物流业数字化转型呈现“区域差异加剧,东部领先,西部滞后”“时空演变高低分化”和“驱动因素不平衡,政策机制作用深远”三大特征。基于此,将各省份划分为“领先区”“追赶区”和“落后区”三类,并提出针对性对策。此外,提出建设“数据共享机制与跨行业协同”的普遍建议,以推动物流业数字化转型升级,促进区域协同发展。
With the rapid development of digital technology,the logistics industry,as a core pillar of economic and social development,plays a significant role in promoting digital transformation and upgrading.In the context of the socio-economic digital transformation,this study applies the entropy-weighted TOPSIS quantitative analysis method to evaluate the level of digital development in China’s logistics sector across provinces.It also examines regional differences and spatiotemporal evolution characteristics through spatial correlation analysis.The findings reveal three major features of the digital transformation in China’s logistics,which are characterized with:widened regional disparities featuring the eastern regions leading forward and the western regions lagging behind,polarized spatiotemporal evolution and imbalanced driving factors with profound impact of policy mechanisms.Based on these findings,provinces are categorized into three types of leading,catch-up and lagging areas and correspondingly targeted strategies are proposed.Furthermore,the study recommends construction of a data-sharing mechanism and collaboration across industries to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry and facilitate regional coordinated development.
