摘要
近年来,媒体报道中频繁出现师源型性侵未成年人犯罪案件。此类犯罪具有严重的危害性和广泛的社会影响,案件侦破给侦查机关带来了严峻挑战。当下,侦查机关在侦破师源型性侵未成年人犯罪案件中,面临诸多困境:被害人报案滞后,线索、证据难以及时发现;被害人陈述存在不准确性,侦查方向、范围难以确定;案件性质特殊,导致有效物证获取难;犯罪嫌疑人拒供心理突出,案件难以突破等。对此,应当采取扩大犯罪线索来源、进行充分的问前准备、采用有效的询问技巧、强化物证收集、对犯罪嫌疑人采取有效的心理策略展开讯问等对策予以破解。
In recent years,cases of sexual assault on minors by teachers have frequently been reported in the media.Such crimes are extremely harmful and have a widespread social impact,posing severe challenges to the investigation by law enforcement agencies.Currently,law enforcement agencies face many difficulties in solving such cases:delayed reporting by victims,difficulty in timely discovery of clues and evidence;inaccuracy in victims'statements,making it hard to determine the direction and scope of the investigation;the special nature of the case,making it difficult to obtain effective physical evi⁃dence;and the prominent refusal to confess by the suspects,making it hard to break through the cases.To address these is⁃sues,measures such as expanding the sources of criminal clues,making thorough preparations before questioning,using ef⁃fective questioning techniques,strengthening the collection of physical evidence,and adopting effective psychological strate⁃gies to interrogate the suspects should be taken.
