摘要
在数字化转型的背景下,土建类专业面临着既要发挥传统优势,又要创新发展的双重挑战,迫切需要解决当前人才培养过程中存在的问题。该文以应用型本科土木工程专业的数字化建设为目标,围绕优化人才培养方案、构建现代化的教学体系、丰富实践教学环节、完善保障机制等方面展开研究与实践,旨在革新人才培养模式,进一步提升专业内涵、专业特色、专业优势和专业质量,为数字化转型背景下土木工程专业复合型人才培养提供经验和参考。
Under the background of digital transformation,civil engineering majors are facing the double challenges of not only developing traditional advantages,but also innovating and moving forward.It is urgent to solve the problems existing in the current talent training process.Aiming at the digital construction of application-oriented undergraduate civil engineering major,this paper focuses on optimizing talent training program,constructing modern teaching system,enriching practical teaching links,improving security mechanism and other aspects of research and practice,aiming at innovating talent training mode,and further improving professional connotation,professional characteristics,professional advantages and professional quality.To provide experience and reference for the training of compound talents in civil engineering under the background of digital transformation.
