摘要
以人工智能医疗数据隐私保护为核心,采用解释结构模型(ISM)对影响因素的层次结构进行系统分析与建模。通过文献综述与专家访谈,提取并分类了技术、法律与法规、伦理和管理四个维度的10个关键影响因素,构建了分层结构模型。研究表明,技术维度(如数据加密、差分隐私等)构成隐私保护的技术基础,法律与伦理因素(如数据保护法规、患者知情同意)强化了数据使用的合规性与伦理约束,管理层面的核心因素(如数据安全管理政策、数据泄露应急机制)则直接影响隐私保护的实施效果。研究不仅深化了对医疗数据隐私保护影响机制的认识,还为优化隐私保护政策与技术应用提供了理论依据和实践指导。
Focusing on the privacy protection of artificial intelligence medical data,the research adopts the Interpretive Structure Model(ISM)to systematically analyze and model the hierarchical structure of influencing factors.Through literature review and expert interviews,10 key influencing factors of four dimensions,namely,technology,laws and regulations,ethics and management are extracted and classified,and a hierarchical structure model is constructed.Research shows that technical dimension(such as data encryption,differential privacy,etc.)constitutes the technical basis of privacy protection,and legal and ethical factors(such as data protection regulations,patient informed consent)strengthen the compliance and ethical constraints of data use.Core factors at the management level(such as data security management policies and data leakage emergency mechanisms)directly affect the implementation effect of privacy protection.The research not only deepens the understanding of the impact mechanism of medical data privacy protection,but also provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing privacy protection policies and technology applications.
