摘要
产业园作为城市居民工作和生活的主要区域,针对该类场地和建筑空间的低碳设计研究是国家城乡建设领域碳达峰碳中和相关政策落地实施的重要路径之一。本文通过农业产业园中建筑形态地景式设计手段,将坡屋顶作为场地的自然延伸,模拟山丘起伏的形态等分析被动式节能策略。通过绿化覆土达到碳汇作用,通过绿化中庭、屋顶可调节天窗、冷巷等被动式设计方法,实现低碳建筑设计的目的。
Industrial parks are the main areas where urban residents work and live.Research on low-carbon design of such sites and building spaces is one of the important paths for the implementation of national carbon peak and carbon neutrality policies in the field of urban and rural construction.This article analyzes the passive energy-saving strategies through the architectural form and landscape design methods.using the sloped roof as a natural extension of the site,simulating the undulating shape of the hills,etc.The purpose of low-carbon building design is achieved through carbon sink from green covering,and other passivedesign methods such as green atrium,adjustable roof skylights.andcold lanes.
