摘要
钠离子电池具有电压较高,电压范围宽,能量密度较高,安全性高、成本低等优点,在汽车起停领域具有可观的应用前景。首先,从工作原理出发,对不同正极材料的钠离子电池进行分析,对比钠离子电池的起停性能。其次,根据钠离子电池的特点,从材料、工艺等方面提出可以提升起停能力的策略。最后,通过对不同材料钠离子电池进行测试,分析保护板的模式,并且结合低温大电流起动测试数据,分析影响钠离子电池起停性能的原因。
Sodium-ion batteries have the advantages of high voltage,wide voltage range,high energy density,high safety and low cost,and have considerable application prospects in the field of automobile start-stop.Firstly,starting from the working principle,the sodium-ion batteries with different cathode materials were analyzed,and the start-stop performance of the sodium-ion batteries was compared.Secondly,according to the characteristics of sodium-ion batteries,strategies to improve the start-stop capability are proposed from the aspects of materials and processes.Finally,through the test of sodium-ion batteries of different materials,the mode of the protection plate was analyzed,and the reasons affecting the start-stop performance of the sodium-ion battery were analyzed by combining the low-temperature and high-current start-up test data.
