摘要
糖尿病足溃疡是由糖尿病引起的足部皮肤破溃,是糖尿病严重并发症之一,其住院时间长,人均费用高,为患者带来沉重的经济负担,至今仍为医学界治疗的难点。中医认为气虚血瘀,脉络痹阻是其发生发展的基本病机,治疗当以益气活血化瘀为主。本文结合中医理论与临床实践,从“气血冲和”理论构建糖尿病足溃疡中医治疗思路,应用松花粉内服联合外用,调和气血,取其“药少效专”之特色,以期为糖尿病足溃疡的中医治疗提供相关诊疗思路。
Diabetic foot ulcer is a foot skin rupture caused by diabetes,which is one of the serious complications of diabetes.It has a long hospital time and high per capita cost,which brings heavy economic burden to patients,and is still a difficulty in treatment in the medical community.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that qi deficiency and blood stasis,and vein obstruction are the basic pathogenesis for its occurrence and development,treatment should be mainly to invigorate qi and promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,this review combines the theory of TCM and clinical practice,from the theory of"qi and blood in coordination"build diabetic foot ulcer TCM treatment,using pine pollen combined with oral administration and external application,regulation qi and blood,take its"less medicine but special effect"characteristics,in order to provide relevant diagnosis and treatment ideas for the TCM treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.
