摘要
随着当前社会经济的快速发展和公共卫生需求的不断提升,药学专业人才的需求日益增长,然而传统的药学专业教学模式往往不能充分培养学生在实践中应对复杂问题的能力。在此背景下,产教融合成为提升高职院校药学专业学生综合素质和岗位胜任能力的重要途径。该文旨在探讨高职院校药学专业在校企合作背景下的产教融合发展,通过对教育、实践、合作与就业等维度的分析,构建校企合作背景下多维度的评价体系,进一步优化校企合作模式,提高药学专业毕业生的就业竞争力。
With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of public health needs,the demand for pharmacy professionals is increasing.However,the traditional teaching model in pharmacy education often cannot fully train students’ability to deal with complex problems in practice.Under this background,industry-education integration has become one of the important ways to improve the comprehensive quality and job competence of pharmacy students in higher vocational colleges.This paper aims to discuss the industry-education integration development of the pharmacy major in higher vocational colleges under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.By analyzing the dimensions of education,practice,cooperation and employment,a multi-dimensional evaluation system is constructed to further optimize the school-enterprise cooperation model and enhance the employment competitiveness of pharmacy graduates.
