摘要
随着轨道交通技术的快速发展,列车上的关键通信与控制设备如CCU(中央控制单元)、HMI(人机接口)、STC(系统控制器)等,其软件功能的运行离不开MVB(多功能车辆总线)和TRDP(列车实时数据协议)通信接口。目前基于MVB和TRDP接口设备的软件功能测试主要依赖手动测试,手动测试方法的准确性及所带来的工作强度不再能适应新技术及新设备的需求。因此,文章通过研究国内列车控制与监控系统车载设备的接口以及通信协议,给出了针对轨道交通MVB与TRDP通信与控制设备的自动化测试平台搭建与设计,可提升软件的测试效率和简化测试与执行流程,将MVB与TRDP协议格式统一化、支持常规与复杂的测试动作,采用成熟可靠的CS架构,提升测试平台的可靠性,可实现一个客户端控制多个服务端网关,为当下轨道交通MVB与TRDP等接口设备测试提供自动测试思路与方法。
With the rapid development of the rail transit technologies,MVB(Multifunction Vehicle Bus)and TRDP(Train Real-time Data Protocol)communication interfaces have become indispensable for operation of the software functions of the key communication and control devices of train such as CCU(Central Control Unit),HMI(Human-Machine Interface)and STC(System Test Controller).At present,the software function tests based on MVB and TRDP interface devices mainly rely on manual testing,but the accuracy of the manual test method and the working intensity of these tests can’t meet any longer the need of new technologies and new equipment.Therefore,according to the study on the interface and the communication protocol of the on-board equipment of the train control and monitoring system in China,the article introduces the building and design of the automatic test platform for MVB and TRDP communication and control devices used in rail transit.This platform can improve the efficiency of software test and simplify the testing and execution process.It unifies the protocol format of MVB and TRDP,supports ordinary and complex testing actions and adopts a mature and reliable CS architecture to improve the reliability of the test platform,which allows a single client to control multiple server gateways,providing a thinking and a method for the automatic test of MVB,TRDP and other interface devices used in the current rail transit.
