摘要
凝聚共识旨在把全党全国的思想意志自为地统一到党和国家的共同目标和大政方针上来,团结一致向前看,进而形成合力奋斗的共同思想基础。中国共产党百年来凝聚共识的伟大实践契合了为人民谋利益的根本立场,体现了历史唯物主义的理论自觉,夯实了民心所向的执政根基。新时代新征程上,要综合研判凝聚共识在主体、客体、过程、环境维度面临的新挑战,坚持问题导向针对性探究巩固凝聚共识“主心骨”、找准凝聚共识“公约数”、打通凝聚共识“阻隔墙”、筑好凝聚共识“新阵地”的实践逻辑,在增强凝聚共识成效中继续汇聚起全面实现中华民族伟大复兴的奋斗力量。
The purpose of building consensus is to unify the ideological will of the entire Party and the country with the common goals and policies of the Party and the country,to look forward in unity,and to form a com-mon ideological foundation for joint efforts.The great practice of building consensus over the past century of the Communist Party of China conforms to the fundamental position of seeking the interests of the people,reflects the theoretical consciousness of historical materialism,and solidifies the ruling foundation of governance that people want.In the new era and new journey,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the new challenges faced by consensus building in the dimensions of subject,object,process,and environment,adhere to problem oriented and targeted exploration to consolidate the“backbone”of consensus building,identify the“common de-nominator”of consensus building,break through the“barrier wall”of consensus building,and build a“new bat-tlefield”for consensus building,to continue to gather the fighting force for comprehensively realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in enhancing the effectiveness of consensus building.
