摘要
目的 探讨麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗湿疹风寒外束、湿热蕴肤型患者临床疗效。方法 选择湿疹风寒外束、湿热蕴肤型患者96例,按照简单随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组使用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏联合依巴斯汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗。评估2组临床疗效和症状积分,比较2组外周血干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平及特异性转录因子T-bet、GATA结合蛋白3(GATA-3)表达变化情况。结果 观察组临床疗效总有效率(95.83%,46/48)高于对照组(83.33%,40/48)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组单项症状评分、外周血IL-4水平、T-bet/GATA-3低于对照组(P<0.05),外周血IFN-γ水平、GATA-3高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 麻黄连翘赤小豆汤可明显提高湿疹风寒外束、湿热蕴肤型患者临床疗效,缓解临床症状,改善辅助性T细胞1(Th1)/辅助性T细胞2(Th2)失衡。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction in eczema patients with the syndrome of exogenous wind-cold attacking the skin and the syndrome of dampness-heat amassing in the skin.Methods A total of 96 cases of eczema treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were included in this study,all of them bearing the syndrome of exogenous wind-cold attacking the skin and the syndrome of dampness-heat amassing in the skin.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using the simple random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with the triamcinolone econazole cream combined with ebastine,while the patients in the observation group were treated additionally with the Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and symptom scores of the two groups were evaluated,and the levels of peripheral blood interferon(IFN-)and interleukin-4(IL-4),and the expression of specific transcription factors T-bet and GATA-binding protein 3(GATA-3)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was higher in the observation group(95.83%,46/48)than that in the control group(83.33%,40/48)(P<0.05).After treatment,the single symptom scores,peripheral blood IL-4 level,and T-bet/GATA-3 were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the peripheral blood IFN-y level and GATA-3 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in the eczema patients with the syndrome of exogenous wind-cold attacking the skin and the syndrome of dampness-heat amassing in the skin,alleviating their clinical symptoms,and improving the imbalance between helper T cell 1(Thl)and helper T cell 2(Th2)in them,
