摘要
针对激光荧光法测定二氧化镎中微量铀过程中各因素对测定结果的影响,根据产生不确定度分量的性质,通过A类和B类不确定度评定,对各不确定度分量进行了分析和量化,获得了测定方法的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度,即二氧化镎中微量铀测定结果的扩展不确定度为66μg/g(K=2)。
In view of the influence of various factors on the determination results of trace uranium in neptunium dioxide by laser fluorescence method,the uncertainty components were analyzed and quantified through Class A and Class B uncertainty evaluation,and the synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of the determination method were obtained.That is,the extended uncertainty for the determination of trace uranium in neptunium dioxide is 66μg/g(K=2).
