摘要
习近平关于全面深化改革的重要论述既是对我国过往改革实践经验的继承与弘扬,又是对新时代我国改革现实的全新阐释,是推动围绕推进中国式现代化进一步全面深化改革的根本遵循,彰显了历史视野、时代观照、世界格局和人类情怀的辩证统一。这些重要论述从坚守党的初心使命、解决社会主要矛盾和推进中国式现代化伟大事业三个层面,生动阐明了“为何”全面深化改革的深刻缘由;从坚守人民价值立场、坚持社会主义方向和实现社会主义制度现代化三个向度,科学厘定了对“何为”全面深化改革中“定基”“明向”与“确标”的逻辑架构;从坚持党的全面领导生成改革政治动能、坚持系统集成优化改革顶层设计和坚持法治道路确保改革规范有序三个视角,系统提出了“如何”全面深化改革的方法论遵循。准确理解和把握习近平关于全面深化改革的重要论述,对以更加奋发有为的精神状态推进进一步全面深化改革具有深远的历史意义和重大的现实价值。
Xi Jinping's important discourse on comprehensively deepening reform is not only the inheritance and promotion of China's past reform practice experience,but also a new interpretation of China's reform realities in the new era.It is the fundamental follow to further comprehensively deepening reform around promoting Chinese-style modernization,and highlights the dialectical unity of historical vision,the contemplation of the times,the world pattern and human feelings.These important discourses vividly elucidate the profound reasons for comprehensively deepening reform from three dimensions:upholding the Party's original mission,addressing the principal contradictions in society and advancing the great cause of Chinese-style modernization.They scientifically define the logical framework of the "setting the foundation""clarifying the direction"and"determining the standard" of "what constitutes" comprehensively deepening reform through three perspectives:adhering to the people-centered value stance,maintaining the socialist direction and achieving the modernization of the socialist system.They systematically propose methodological principles for "how to" comprehensively deepen reform through three key approaches:generating political momentum through the Party’s comprehensive leadership,optimizing top-level design through systematic integration and ensuring reform remains well-regulated and orderly through the rule of law.Accurately understanding and grasping Xi Jinping's important discourse on comprehensively deepening reform holds profound historical significance and great practical value in promoting further comprehensively deepening reform with a more proactive and enterprising spirit.
