以新质生产力助力中国式现代化的高职教育之为

Empowering Chinese Path to Modernization with New Quality Productive Forces through Higher Vocational Education

摘要 中国式现代化以新质生产力为基石。高职教育赋能新质生产力,契合发展新质生产力的生产要素逻辑、支撑要素逻辑及主体融合逻辑。然而,其间存在一些关键问题,如人才培养与产业岗位需求不匹配,专业和课程设置未能与产业链演进同步,新技术开发难以满足产业需求等。在新质生产力助力中国式现代化的进程中,高职教育应紧密贴合支柱产业,推动专业转型与教法改革,助力生产要素升级;面向新兴产业与未来产业,培育新专业,助力产业结构升级;坚持高质量应用研发,助力产业技术升级。 Chinese path to modernization is based on the new quality productive forces.Higher vocational education empowers new quality productive forces,which is in line with the logic of production factors,the logic of supporting factors and the logic of subject integration in the development of the new quality productive forces.However,there are some key problems,such as the mismatch between talent cultivation and industry job demands,the failure of specialty and curriculum setting to synchronize with the evolution of industrial chain,and the difficulty of new technology development to meet industrial demand.In the process of the new quality productive forces contributing to Chinese path to modernization,higher vocational education should closely align with pillar industries to drive specialties transformation and teaching method reform,fostering the upgrading of production factors;focusing on emerge industry and future industry,cultivate new specialties to facilitate the upgrading of industrial form;adhere to high-quality application research and development,and help industrial technology upgrade.
