摘要
为解决套管式壁挂炉卫浴热水加热时间长的问题,本文对套管式壁挂炉卫浴热水性能进行研究。通过分析卫浴热水加热慢的原理,提出了套管机供暖水路与卫浴热水水路调换的新方案,借助于仿真和试验综合测得数据,指出了新方案在卫浴热水加热速率方面的提升效果。本文还针对水路调换带来的水路耐压、热负荷、热效率、卫浴热水出水温度、管路水阻、噪音、停水温升等发生变化的性能进行了分析验证,结果表明水路调换的方案可显著改善套管式壁挂炉卫浴热水加热时间长的问题,并对其他性能影响较小。
In order to solve the problem of long heating time of bathroom hot water with sleeve gas wall mounted boiler,this paper studies the performance of bathroom hot water with sleeve gas wall mounted boiler.By analyzing the principle of slow heating of bathroom hot water,a new scheme of exchanging the heating water circuit of the casing machine with the bathroom hot water circuit is proposed.With the help of simulation and experimental data,the improvement effect of the new scheme on the heating rate of bathroom hot water is pointed out.This article also analyzed and verified the performance changes caused by water circuit exchange,including changes in water circuit pressure resistance,heat load,thermal efficiency,bathroom hot water outlet temperature,pipeline water resistance,noise,and temperature rise during water stoppage.The results showed that the water circuit exchange scheme can significantly improve the problem of long heating time for bathroom hot water in sleeve Gas wall mounted boiler boilers,and has little impact on other performance.
