摘要
在当前“中国文化走出去”战略的影响下,当代大学生讲好中国故事具有重要意义。但要用英语这门世界语言讲好中国故事就要掌握良好的翻译技巧和策略。长久以来,大学英语翻译教学并不受到重视。本文从三个方面探讨了将大学英语翻译教学与讲中国故事相结合以提升大学生讲好中国故事能力的可行性:与大学英语四六级翻译相结合;与讲中国故事相结合;借助人工智能工具,更新教学模式.
Under the influence of the current“Going Global of Chinese Culture”strategy,it is of great significance for contemporary college students to tell China’s stories well.However,to effectively narrate China’s stories in English,a global language,requires mastery of sound translation skills and strategies.For a long time,college English translation teaching has not received sufficient attention.This article explores the feasibility of integrating college English translation teaching with the objective of enhancing students’ability to tell China’s stories,from three perspectives:combining it with CET-4 and CET-6 translation sections;integrating it with the practice of narrating China’s stories;and updating teaching methodologies with the help of artificial intelligence tools.
