摘要
目的:观察低频脉冲阿是穴联合中药热奄包对人工流产术后康复的临床效果。方法:选取2024年1月—2024年3月在广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院接受人工流产手术的100例患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组患者术后第3天予以常规中药热奄包疗法干预,中药热奄包药物组成为红花、大血藤、艾草、伸筋草、五加皮、干姜、丁香、桂枝等;使用前将热奄包置微波炉中高火加热3 min,患者仰卧位,将中药热奄包置患者腹部关元穴外敷30 min。治疗组患者术后第3天在对照组治疗基础上使用低频脉冲治疗仪分3个阶段干预阿是穴,每次治疗持续时间为20 min。均于人流术后3 d开始进行,1次/d,连续治疗3次。观察两组患者术后阴道流血量、阴道流血持续时间、术后宫腔残留率、再次清宫率、术后10 d和术后1个月子宫内膜厚度、复潮时间、术后并发症发生率、术后3个月和6个月的月经周期及月经量。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组患者术后阴道出血量减少、阴道出血时间缩短,术后宫腔残留率及再次清宫率降低,复潮时间缩短,术后10 d及术后1个月子宫内膜厚度增加,术后并发症发生率降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组患者术后3个月、6个月的月经周期比对照组短,术后3个月、6个月的月经量比对照组多,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患者术后3个月与术后6个月的月经周期和月经量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者术后3个月与6个月的月经周期和月经量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。提示治疗组患者月经周期及月经量比对照组更规律。结论:低频脉冲阿是穴联合中药热奄包干预能加快子宫内膜恢复速度,减少月经不调风险,对人工流产术后康复具有明显效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of low-frequency pulse Ashi acupoint combined with Chinese herbs reyanbao on the postoperative rehabilitation of induced abortion.Methods:100 patients who underwent induced abortion at Shunde Women's and Children's Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2024 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Chinese herbs reyanbao therapy for intervention 3 days after operation.The drugs in Chinese herbs reyanbao included Honghua,Daxueteng,Aicao,Shenjincao,Wujiapi,Ganjiang,Dingxiang,Guizhi,etc.Chinese herbs reyanbao was heated in microwave oven on high heat for 3 minutes before use.The patient was placed in the supine position,and the Chinese herbs reyanbao was placed on the Guanyuan acupoint on the abdomen for external application for 30 minutes.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the patients in the treatment group on the third day after operation were treated with low-frequency pulse therapeutic instrument at Ashi acupoint in three stages for intervention,and the duration of each treatment was 20 minutes.All the treatments began 3 days after induced abortion,once a day for 3 consecutive times.The volume of vaginal bleeding,duration of vaginal bleeding,residual rate of uterine cavity after surgery,rate of re-curetted uterine,endometrial thickness at 10 days and 1 month after surgery,return of menses time,incidence rate of postoperative complications,menstrual cycle and menstrual volume at 3 months and 6 months after surgery were observed in the two groups.Results:Compared with those in the control group,the volume of vaginal bleeding was decreased,the duration of vaginal bleeding was shortened,the residual rate of uterine cavity and the rate of re-curetted uterine were decreased,the return of menses time was shortened,the endometrial thickness was increased at 10 days and 1 month after surgery,and the incidence rate of postoperative complications was decreased in the treatment group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The menstrual cycle of patients in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group at 3 months and 6 months after surgery,and the menstrual volume was more than that in the control group at 3 months and 6 months after surgery,with the statistical significance(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in menstrual cycle and menstrual volume between 3 months and 6 months after surgery in the treatment group(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in menstrual cycle and menstrual volume between 3 months and 6 months after surgery in the control group(P<0.01).The results suggested that the menstrual cycle and menstrual volume of the patients in the treatment group were more regular than that in the control group.Conclusion:Low-frequency pulse Ashi acupoint combined with Chinese herbs reyanbao for intervention can speed up endometrial recovery,reduce the risk of irregular menstruation,and has obvious effect on the postoperative rehabilitation of induced abortion.
