考虑微电网分布式新能源供电潜力的配电网供电恢复方法 被引量:1

摘要 为充分挖掘微电网分布式新能源支撑配电网恢复供电的潜力,提出考虑微电网分布式新能源供电潜力的配电网供电恢复方法。首先,采用Weibull分布模型和Beta分布模型,拟合风速概率分布和光照强度分布,建立了计及时序特性的风光等新能源发电模型;其次,考虑负荷恢复量、线路裂解数以及电能质量因素,构建含微电网的配电网多目标下的孤岛划分模型;然后,为了克服原始灰狼算法没有速度更新的缺陷,引入速度辅助灰狼优化算法(VAGWO)对新型配电网孤岛划分模型进求解;最后,在改进的IEEE 33节点系统上进行算例分析,验证了所提方法的有效性和优越性。 To fully tap the potential of microgrid distributed new energy in supporting the restoration of power supply in distribution networks,considering the power supply potential of microgrid distributed new energy,a method for power supply restoration in distribution networks was proposed.Firstly,the Weibull distribution model and Beta distribution model were used to fit the probability distribution of wind speed and the intensity distribution of light,and a new energy generation model for wind and solar power considering time-series characteristics was established.Secondly,considering the recovery volume of load,the number of line fractures,and the quality of electric power,a multi-objective island division model for distribution networks with microgrids was constructed.Then,in order to overcome the limitation of the original grey wolf algorithm lacking speed updates,the velocity-assisted grey wolf optimization algorithm(VAGWO)was introduced to solve the novel island division model for distribution networks with microgrids.Finally,a numerical analysis was conducted on the improved IEEE 33 node system to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
