保水开采技术在梁北二井首采面的应用

摘要 为消除工作面回采时底板突水威胁,以梁北二井首采面为工程背景,开展了底板水保水开采技术的研究。以突水系数为指标,分析了突水危险性,提出采用地面超前区域治理的技术方案。治理层位为太原组下段灰岩(L_(1)+L_(2)),设计1个钻场,施工1个垂直探查孔和13个分支孔。结合岩屑、伽马值、钻探参数,确定了判层标准。根据施工情况,绘制了底板隔水层(L_(1)+L_(2))厚度等值线,确定了薄弱区域以及断层分布情况;工作面回采前,在井下进行物探、钻探验证。结果表明,治理层位不存在物探异常区,L_(7)灰岩层位的低阻区验证钻孔出水量小于10 m^(3)/h,符合《河南省煤矿防治水管理办法》要求。该技术的应用解放2个工作面煤炭资源140万t,大大降低了回采过程中的底板突水风险,可为禹州矿区采用地面区域探查治理技术进行保水开采的矿井提供借鉴和参考。 In order to eliminate the threat of floor water inrush during the mining of working face,the first mining face of Liangbei No.2 Mine was taken as the engineering background,and the research on floor water-preserved mining technology was carried out.Based on the index of water inrush coefficient,the risk of water inrush was analyzed,and the technical scheme of ground advanced regional treatment was put forward.The control layer was the lower limestone of Taiyuan Formation(L_(1)+L_(2)),and one drilling field,one vertical exploration hole and 13 branch holes were designed.Combined with rock debris,gamma value and drilling parameters,the standard of strata identification was determined.According to the construction situation,the thickness contour map(L_(1)+L_(2))of the floor aquiclude was drawn,and the weak area and fault distribution were determined.Before the mining of the working face,geophysical prospecting and drilling verification were carried out in the underground.The results showed that there was no geophysical anomaly area in the control layer,and the low resistance area of the L_(7) limestone layer verified that the water yield of the drilling was less than 10 m^(3)/h,which met the requirements of the"Henan Province Coal Mine Water Prevention and Control Management Measures".The application of this technology liberated 1.4 million tons of coal resources in the two working faces,which greatly reduced the risk of water inrush from the floor during the mining process,and could provide reference for the mines in Yuzhou mining area using ground area exploration and treatment technology for water-preserved mining.
