摘要
目的探析循证联合一体化责任制干预对子宫腺肌病患者术后恢复的影响。方法收集2019年1月至2022年12月商丘市中心医院行手术治疗的子宫腺肌病患者的病历资料,根据护理干预方案分为对照组(35例)和观察组(40例)。对照组接受一体化责任制干预,观察组接受循证联合一体化责任制干预。比较两组术后恢复相关指标、疼痛程度和并发症发生情况。结果观察组下床时间、术后肛门排气及术后住院等时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后12、24及48 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均较术后6 h降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论循证联合一体化责任制干预可更好促进子宫腺肌病患者术后恢复,降低术后疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based integrated responsibility system intervention on postoperative recovery of patients with adenomyosis.Methods The medical records of adenomyosis patients who underwent surgical treatment in Center Hospital of Shangqiu from January 2019 to December 2022 were collected and divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to different nursing intervention programs.The control group implemented integrated responsibility system intervention,and the observation group implemented evidence-based combined integrated responsibility system intervention.The postoperative recovery related indexes,pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter time to get out of bed,postoperative anal exhaust,and postoperative hospitalization compared to the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups at 12,24,and 48 hours after surgery decreased compared to 6 hours after surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based combined integrated responsibility system intervention can better promote the postoperative recovery of adenomyosis patients and reduce the degree of postoperative pain,which is worthy of clinical application.
