摘要
马王堆医学承载着丰富的历史文化内涵,前人研究为医学文化阐释奠定了文献基础,但在当代学术背景下,其本体、认识及实践等维度仍存在深化空间。本研究在继承前辈学者研究成果的基础上,构建“一体三维”(本体-认识-实践)理论架构,并结合历史文化遗产“使用-存在”二元价值视角,遵循“原真性、系统性、创新性、活态传承性、开放性”五大原则,对马王堆医学文化作为历史文化遗产的价值与意义进行重构,使之适应新的文化背景、社会环境和发展需求。研究发现,通过价值重构,马王堆医学文化体系被塑造为融合传统医学智慧与现代科技文明的活态文化生态系统,既为中医基础理论溯源提供实证支撑,亦在中医药现代化与国际化进程中展现出独特的阐释优势。本研究突破了静态史料的传统认知,在保持文化本真性的基础上,揭示文化遗产价值重构是实现使用价值与存在价值有机统一的关键路径,为传统医学参与现代文明对话提供了新的理论框架。
Mawangdui medicine embodies profound historical and cultural connotations.While previous studies have laid a documentary foundation for interpreting its medical culture,there remains ample opportunity to further explore its ontological,cognitive,and practical dimensions within the contemporary academic landscape.Building upon the research achievements of previous scholars,this study establishes a"one entity and three dimensions"(ontology-cognition-practice)theoretical framework.Combined with the dual value perspective of"use-existence"of historical cultural heritage and following the five guiding principles of"authenticity,systematicness,innovativeness,dynamic inheritance,and openness",the study reconstructs the value and significance of the Mawangdui medical culture system as historical and cultural heritage to align with new cultural contexts,social environments,and developmental demands.The study finds that through value reconstruction,the Mawangdui medical culture system was transformed into a dynamic cultural ecosystem that integrates traditional medicine wisdom with modern technological civilization.It not only provides empirical support for tracing the fundamental theories of Chinese medicine, but also showcases unique interpretative advantages in the modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine. By breaking through the conventional reliance on static historical materials while preserving cultural authenticity, the study reveals that the reconstruction of cultural heritage value is key to achieving an organic unity between use-value and existence-value, thereby offering a novel theoretical framework for the participation of traditional medicine in dialogues with modern civilization.
