摘要
目的:探究醋酸亮丙瑞林联合生长激素对中枢性性早熟(CPP)患儿性激素指标水平的影响。方法:选择2021年4月—2023年3月莆田市第一医院收治的78例CPP患儿。按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。对照组采用醋酸亮丙瑞林进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合生长激素治疗,两组均持续治疗半年。对比两组疗效、性激素及生长指标,统计两组不良反应发生率。结果:研究组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)与卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组预测成人身高(PAH)、骨龄的身高标准差评分(HtSDS-BA)均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:醋酸亮丙瑞林联合生长激素治疗CPP患儿的效果较为显著,可改善性激素指标与生长指标水平,能够使患儿实现更理想的身高获益。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the Leuprorelin Acetate combined with Growth Hormone on the levels of sex hormone indicators in children with central precocious puberty(CPP).Method:A total of 78 CPP children treated in the First Hospital of Putian from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups with 39 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Leuprorelin Acetate,and the study group was treated with Growth Hormone on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for six months.The efficacy,sex hormone and growth indexes of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions was calculated.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the predicting adult height(PAH)and height standard deviation score for bone age(HtSDS-BA)of study group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Leuprorelin Acetate and Growth Hormone has a significant effect on the treatment of CPP in children,which can improve the levels of sex hormones and growth indicators,achieve more ideal height benefits for children.
