摘要
目的探索我国执业药师专业化发展的路径。方法梳理我国执业药师开展药学服务现状,结合新形势分析提升执业药师专业化能力的必要性,并提出促进执业药师专业化发展的路径。结果与结论近年来,执业药师队伍发展迅速,注册执业药师人数持续增长,截至2025年2月,全国注册的执业药师人数为83.7万人,其中零售药店执业药师占比超91%,其他领域的需求也相应增长,但我国传统零售药店执业药师药学服务尚有提升空间,同时在“互联网+医药”、特殊疾病药品(简称特药)药房及“双通道”药房等新业态发展、公众对健康服务和医疗保障需求日益增长等因素影响下,需进一步提升执业药师专业化能力。建议通过改革药学教育模式衔接执业药师制度,发挥执业药师准入的导向作用,构建执业药师持续职业发展体系,协助药品零售企业正确定位执业药师,健全法律保障等路径并形成合力,以促进执业药师专业化发展和队伍良性发展,提升药学服务能力,满足新形势下公众对执业药师合理用药指导的需求。
Objective To explore the path of professional development of licensed pharmacists in China.Methods The situation of pharmaceutical care carried out by licensed pharmacists in China was sorted out,the necessity of improving professional ability of licensed pharmacists in combination with the new situation was analyzed,and the path to promote professional development of licensed pharmacists was put forward.Results and Conclusion In recent years,the team of licensed pharmacists has developed rapidly,and the number of registered licensed pharmacists has sustained growth.As of February 2025,the number of licensed pharmacists registered in China is 837000,of which the proportion of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies exceeds 91%,and the demand in other fields is also growing correspondingly.However,there is still room for improvement in the pharmaceutical services of licensed pharmacists in traditional retail pharmacies in China.At the same time,under the influence of factors such as the development of new formats like″Interne+Medicine″,special disease drugs(referred to as special drugs)pharmacies and″Dual-Channel″pharmacies,as well as the increasing public demand for health services and medical security.It is necessary to further improve the professional ability of licensed pharmacists.It is suggested to form a joint force through the following ways:reforming the pharmaceutical education model to connect the licensed pharmacist system,playing the guiding role of licensed pharmacist access,building a sustainable career development system for licensed pharmacists,correctly locating licensed pharmacists for retail,and improving legal protection to promote the professional development of licensed pharmacists and the healthy development of the team,improve the ability of pharmaceutical care,and meet the public′s demand for rational drug use guidance for licensed pharmacists under the new situation.
