摘要
目的:比较Nd:YAG激光、渗透树脂以及联合应用对牙本质小管的封闭效果。方法:制备50个牙本质敏感模型,随机分为5组(n=10):空白对照(A组)、Nd:YAG激光(B组)、渗透树脂(C组)、渗透树脂+Nd:YAG激光(D组)、Nd:YAG激光+渗透树脂(E组)。各组样本分别处理后用扫描电子显微镜观察牙本质小管口的形态,采用Image J图像处理软件测量并计算牙本质小管口的直径,开放面积和封闭率。结果:牙本质小管口的直径和开放面积为A组>B组>C组>D组>E组,牙本质小管口的封闭率为E组>D组>C组>B组,各组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:Nd:YAG激光和渗透树脂对牙本质小管均具有良好的封闭作用,两者联合使用可以增加封闭的效果,为治疗牙本质敏感症提供实验依据。
AIM:To compare the sealing effect of Nd:YAG laser,resin infiltration and combined application on dentin tubules.METHODS:50 dentin-sensitive models were prepared and randomly divided into 5 groups(n=10 in each group):blank control(group A),Nd:YAG laser(group B),Infiltrating resin(group C),Infiltrating resin+Nd:YAG laser(group D),Nd:YAG laser+Infiltrating resin(group E).The morphology of the dentin tubules was observed by scanning electron microscope after the samples were treated,and the diameter,open area and sealing rate of the dentin tubules were measured and calculated by Image J image processing software.RESULTES:The diameter and open area of dentinal tubules were group A>group B>group C>group D>group E.The sealing rate of dentinal tubules was group E>group D>group C>group B.There was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Nd:YAG laser and infiltrating resin have good sealing effect on dentinal tubules.The combination of the two can increase the sealing effect and provide a new treatment strategy for the treatment of dentin sensitivity.
