油气管道江河穿越工程河床冲刷计算分析 被引量:1

Calculation and analysis of riverbed erosion in oil and gas pipelines crossing river projects

摘要 在油气管网工程建设中,管道穿越河流工程大量存在,管道设计埋深由河床冲刷深度决定。河床冲刷计算公式按河床泥沙特性可分为黏性土和非黏性沙公式;按阻水建筑物冲刷范围可分为一般冲刷和局部冲刷公式;按水文资料的丰富程度分可分为行业规范公式和经验公式等。结合近二十年涵盖中国大部分地域的油气管道过江工程实例,分析了各种冲刷计算公式的适用性和局限性。建议利用各规范公式和经验公式计算油气管道穿越工程的河床冲刷深度,应根据具体穿越河道断面的上游来水来沙、边界条件及河床泥沙特性,尽可能获取现场泥沙及水文资料进行实验室分析,比较计算结果,确定合理安全的冲刷深度结果。 In the construction of oil and gas pipeline networks,there are a large number of pipelines crossing river projects,here the design burial depth of pipelines is determined by the maximum riverbed erosion depth.The calculation formulas for riverbed erosion can be divided into cohesive soil and non-cohesive sand formulas based on the characteristics of riverbed sediment,and it can also be divided into general erosion and local erosion formulas according to the erosion range induced to the water blocking structures,and can be divided into standard formulas and empirical formulas according to the richness of hydrological data.Based on the examples of oil and gas pipeline crossing projects covering most parts of China in the past 20 years,the applicability and limitations of different erosion calculation formulas have been analyzed.It is suggested that in calculating the riverbed scouring of oil and gas pipeline crossing projects using various standard formulas and empirical formulas,the upstream water and sediment,boundary conditions,and riverbed sediment characteristics of the specific crossing river section should be taken into account,and on-site sediment and hydrological data should be obtained as much as possible for laboratory analysis.By comparing the calculation results,a reasonable and safe scouring depth can be determined.
