小浪底水库悬沙对溶解性有机质的吸附特征研究

Study on the adsorption characteristics of dissolved organic matter by suspended sediment in Xiaolangdi Reservoir

摘要 悬沙吸附溶解性有机质(DOM)的过程会影响水生生态系统的氮循环。为探究小浪底水库水体和悬沙DOM组分及影响悬沙吸附DOM的主要因素,利用紫外-可见光谱技术研究水体和悬沙DOM特征,采用主成分分析和冗余分析DOM组分与来源、DOM与环境因子的关系,通过悬沙吸附DOM模拟试验,研究两种粒径在不同含沙量和DOM浓度变化条件下的吸附作用。结果表明,水体DOM的芳香性高于悬沙,DOM组分均以胡敏酸为主;电导率和浊度分别是影响水体和悬沙DOM芳香性的主要环境因子;准二级动力学模型能较好地描述不同含沙量和DOM浓度条件下悬沙对DOM的吸附过程,悬沙对DOM的平衡吸附量随含沙量增加而减小、随DOM浓度的增加而增加,尤其以细沙更为明显。研究结果为阐明DOM在水沙间的迁移过程提供了科学依据。 The processes of suspended sediment adsorbing dissolved organic matter(DOM)can affect the nitrogen cycle of aquatic ecosystems.In order to investigate the DOM components in water body and suspended sediments in Xiaolangdi Reservoir and the main factors affecting DOM adsorption by suspended sediment,UVVis spectroscopy was used to study the DOM characteristics in water body and suspended sediments.The methods of principal component analysis and redundancy analysis were used to analyze the relationship between DOM components and their sources,the relationship between DOM and the environmental factors.Through the simulation test of DOM adsorption by suspended sediment,the adsorption effects of two particle sizes under different sediment concentrations and DOM concentrations were studied.The results show that the aromaticity of DOM in water body is higher than that in suspended sediment particles,and the humic acid is the main component of DOM.Conductivity and turbidity are the main environmental factors that affect the aromaticity of DOM in water and suspended sediment,respectively.The pseudo-second-order kinetic model can better describe the processes of suspended sediment adsorbing DOM under different sediment concentrations and DOM concentrations.The equilibrium adsorption of DOM by suspended sediment decreases with the increasing of sediment concentration and increases with the increasing DOM concentration,especially in fine sediment.The results provide a scientific basis for elucidating the transport processes of DOM between water and sediment.
