摘要
加快培养东盟区域与国别法治人才是推动构建更为紧密的中国—东盟命运共同体的必然选择,是形成涉外法治工作大协同格局的重要保障,也是贯彻落实习近平法治思想的重要举措。目前,中国西南地区部分高校已经初步构建东盟区域与国别法治人才培养体系,但仍处于初期探索阶段,存在课程体系缺乏合理性、教师资源匮乏、国际化合作程度不高及数字化教育合作不足等短板与问题。对此,应着力优化东盟区域与国别法治人才培养方案,创新性地设立本科+硕士联合培养模式;在保障师资队伍建设增量提质的基础上,不断完善师资队伍考核指标;扩大与东盟各国的教育合作并加快教育数字化建设。
Accelerating the development of ASEAN regional and country-specific legal talents is essential to foster a closer China-ASEAN community of shared future.It serves as a critical assurance to establish a robust synergy in foreign-related legal practices and a significant endeavour in implementing Xi Jinping Thought on legal governance.Currently,some universities in Southwest China have begun establishing systems for training legal talents specializing in ASEAN regionaland country-specific laws.However,these efforts are still in the early stages of exploration characterized by issues such as an inadequate curriculum structure,insufficient teaching resources,limited international cooperation and a lack of digitaledu cation initiatives.To address these challenges,there is a need to optimize the programme for cultivating ASEAN regional and country-specific legal talents and introduce an innovative joint training model integrating the undergraduate and master's programmes;continuously enhance faculty assessment criteria while ensuring quantity and quality improvements in the faculty;expand educational collaborations with ASEAN countriesand accelerate the development of digital education.
