摘要
小儿厌食症是儿科临床常见脾胃系病证,其核心病机在于脾胃气机升降失和、运化受纳功能失调。临床特征表现为较长时间的食欲减退或消失、食量减少,乃至拒食。本病多因乳食不节、情志失调或禀赋不足所致,以脾失健运为本,胃纳受阻为标,病程迁延者可致气血生化乏源,影响患儿体格及智力发育。张慧媛主任诊治小儿厌食症经验丰富,在临床治疗过程中从“脾胃气虚”的基本证型出发,以健脾益气、醒脾助运为治疗大法,巧妙结合“补”“醒”“运”三者,自创健脾益气汤经验方治疗小儿厌食脾胃气虚证,随证加减治疗,临床应用疗效显著。
Pediatric anorexia is a common pediatric clinical spleen and stomach disease syndrome,its core pathogenesis lies in the spleen and stomach qi machine lifting and falling disharmony,transport and reception dysfunction.Clinical characteristics are a longer period of appetite loss or disappearance,reduced reduction,and even refusal to eat.This disease is mostly caused by diet,emotional disorders or insufficient endowment,with the spleen loss of health,stomach intake blocked as the standard,the delay of the disease can cause the lack of qi and blood biochemistry,affecting the physical and intellectual development of children.Zhang Huiyuan,director of the experience of pediatric anorexia treatment in clinical treatment from"spleen and stomach qi deficiency"basic type,to spleen yiqi,spleen help for treatment,clever combination of"fill","wake"and"luck,"creating spleen yiqi soup experience treatment of children anorexia spleen and stomach Qi deficiency,along with the treatment,clinical application of curative effect is significant.Combined with the case,this paper introduces director Zhang's experience in treating children with spleen and stomach Qi deficiency type anorexia,in order to be a clinical reference.
