摘要
以某典型流域为研究对象,采用数字孪生技术构建防洪抗旱动态协同调度系统,提出“监测-建模-仿真-决策”一体化数字孪生框架,通过高精度水文建模、实时数据驱动与多目标优化算法,实现洪旱灾害的精准预测与资源优化配置。通过2021—2023年实际案例验证,系统将洪峰流量削减率提升至29%,抗旱供水保证率提高至83%,水库水资源利用率提高至89%。
Taking a certain typical river basin as the research object,digital twin technology is adopted to construct a dynamic collaborative scheduling system for flood control and drought relief.An integrated digital twin framework of"monitoring-modeling-simulation-decision"is proposed.Through high-precision hydrological modeling,real-time data-driven and multi-objective optimization algorithms,accurate prediction of flood and drought disasters and optimized allocation of resources are realized.Through the actual case verification from 2021 to 2023,the system has increased the flood peak flow reduction rate to 29%,the drought resistant water supply guarantee rate to 83%,and the utilization rate of reservoir water resources to 89%.
