摘要
在马克思自然力的理论视域下,新质生产力是对马克思自然力理论的创造性运用,对西方自然力理论的超越和发展以及中国共产党不断探索集体智慧的结晶,然而,新质生产力在形成过程中也面临着,自然力发展面临着困境、影响新质生产力发展的外部因素、与新质生产力相匹配的生态文明素养尚未全面提升的挑战。为此,政府应建立教育科技人才协同发展机制,调控和规范资本运行,企业应坚持绿色科技创新与绿色低碳产业良性互动,劳动者应自觉培植与新质生产力相适应的生态文明素养。
Under the theory of Marx's natural theory,new quality productivity is the creative use of Marx's natural theory,to the transcendence and development of western natural theory and explore the crystallization of collective wisdom of the communist party of China,however,the new quality productivity in the process of formation also faces three kinds of challenges,one is the natural development faces difficulties,the second factor affecting the development of new productive forces is external factors,three is to match the new quality productivity of ecological civilization accomplishment has not yet been promoted.To this end,the government should establish a coordinated development mechanism of education,science and technology talents,regulate and standardize the capital operation,enterprises should adhere to the benign interaction between green science and technology innovation and green and low-carbon industry and workers should consciously cultivate the ecological civilization literacy that conforms to the new quality productivity.
