摘要
目的探讨桑枝总生物碱片联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者血清胰岛素样生长因子(insulin-like growth factor,IGF)-1、成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,FGF)21、脂肪细胞因子(adipocytokine,Apelin)-13及胰岛功能的影响。方法选择2022年6月至2023年5月于我院接受治疗的T2DM患者137例,采用简单排序随机法将其分为联合组(n=69,二甲双胍+桑枝总生物碱片)和对照组(n=68,二甲双胍)。两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、IGF-1、FGF21、Apelin-13、胰岛功能、糖代谢及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组总有效率差异显著(92.75%vs.66.18%,P<0.05)。两组血清IGF-1、FGF21、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平较前均明显降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组Apelin-13、胰岛β细胞功能指数、胰岛素作用指数水平较前均明显升高,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药物安全性比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在T2DM患者中应用桑枝总生物碱片联合二甲双胍有助改善血清IGF-1、FGF21、Apelin-13及胰岛功能,有效降糖,安全性较佳。
Objective To investigate the effect of mulberry twig alkaloids tablets combined with metformin on serum insulin-like growth factor(IGF)-1,fibroblast growth factor(FGF)21,adipocytokin(Apelin)-13 and islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 137 T2DM patients treated in our hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into combination group(n=69,metformin+mulberry twig alkaloids tablets)and control group(n=68,metformin)by random number table method.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,IGF-1,FGF21,Apelin-13,islet function,glucose metabolism and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different(92.75%vs.66.18%,P<0.05).Serum IGF-1,FGF21,insulin resistance index,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the combination group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Apelin-13,islet β cell function index and insulin action index in both groups were significantly increased than before treatment,and the combination group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in drug safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of mulberry twig alkaloids tablets combined with metformin in T2DM can improve serum IGF-1,FGF21,Apelin-13 and islet function,effectively lower blood glucose,with good safety.
