摘要 在食品安全监管中,食品检测环节通常涉及繁琐的样品处理流程,而传统人工操作方式存在效率低下、成本高昂等问题。针对这一现状,文章探讨了机器人技术在食品检测实验室的应用,旨在提升检测效率和降低成本。文章分析了食品检测中机器人的应用需求,阐述了移动型机器人、固定型机器人以及全自动智能处理机器人在实验室的实际应用情况,并概括了机器人感知、定位、规划、协作调度、计算机视觉等关键技术。同时,总结了智能机器人在食品检测实验室应用中面临的问题和挑战并对未来发展趋势作出展望,为机器人在食品检测实验室的广泛应用和产业发展提供了策略指导和参考路径,有望加速其在食品检测领域的推广和应用。 In the realm of food safety oversight,the food testing procedure encompasses intricate sample handling steps,wherein the conventional manual approach has been beset by inefficiencies and elevated costs.Addressing these issues,this paper explores the utility of robotic technology within food testing laboratories as a means to enhance testing efficacy and curtail expenses.It delves into the specific application requirements of robots in food testing,delineating the practical implementation of mobile,fixed,and fully automated intelligent processing robots in lab settings.The paper also synthesizes key technological aspects,including robot perception,localization,path planning,cooperative task scheduling and computer vision.Additionally,it identifies the challenges and obstacles encountered by intelligent robots in food testing laboratories and offers insights into potential future developments.This research furnishes strategic direction and a seminal roadmap for the extensive adoption and industrial progression of robotics in food testing laboratories,with the anticipation of expediting the advancement and deployment of robotic solutions in the food testing domain.
