摘要
为探索“食品掺伪检验”课程思政教学设计与实施效果,锦州医科大学从“食品掺伪检验”课程思政教学目标重塑、思政元素“双线”探寻和融入、多元教学方法的建立、考核评价方案改革等方面探讨实施课程思政的途径,并通过调研评价其实施效果。调研结果表明:学生对于“食品掺伪检验”思政内容和授课形式非常满意比例均达到90%以上;在参与课程的主动性和课程知识、能力、素质提升方面的自我评价,学生认为非常满意也达90%以上。这说明“食品掺伪检验”思政教育的实施和对学生的培养效果达到预期目的,为其他高校食品类专业课程开展思政教育提供参考。
In order to explore the ideological and political education teaching design and implementation effect of“Food Adulteration Inspection”course,this paper discusses the ways to implement the ideological and political education of the course from the perspectives of refreshing the ideological and political teaching objectives,exploring and integrating ideological and political elements in a dual line,establishing diverse teaching methods,and reforming evaluation schemes.The implementation effect of the course has been evaluated through surveys.The survey results show that the satisfaction rate of students for the ideological and political content and teaching method of“Food Adulteration Inspection”course is both above 90%,and the satisfaction rate of students for their active participation in the course and self-evaluation of course knowledge,ability and quality improvement is also above 90%.The results indicate that the implementation of ideological and political education of“Food Adulteration Inspection”course and the cultivation effect of students have achieved the expected goals,providing reference for other universities'food-related majors to carry out ideological and political education.
