摘要
深入剖析中国高水平科技自立自强现阶段的发展及演变特征,能够更好地提高科技竞争力。文章基于熵权TOPSIS法、Dagum基尼系数、Markov链转移概率矩阵,研究2013—2022年全国及三大地区高水平科技自立自强的演进趋势、区域差异及空间特征。研究发现,全国及三大地区高水平科技自立自强综合指数呈上升趋势,且呈现“东高西低”的空间格局。Dagum基尼系数测度结果表明,样本期内全国及三大地区内部高水平科技自立自强的差异正在逐渐扩大,且区域间差异是总体差异的主要来源。从空间分布特征来看,中国高水平科技自立自强存在俱乐部趋同现象,较难实现跨越式等级转移。
An in-depth analysis of the current development and evolution characteristics of China’s high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-strengthening can better improve the competitiveness of science and technology.Based on the entropy weight TOPSIS method,Dagum Gini coefficient and Markov chain transfer probability matrix,this paper studies the evolution trend,regional differences and spatial characteristics of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-strengthening in the whole country and the three major regions from 2013 to 2022.The study finds that the comprehensive index of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-strengthening in the country and the three major regions is on the rise,showing a spatial pattern of high in the east and low in the west.The measurement results of the Dagum Gini coefficient are shown as follows:The differences in high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-strengthening within the country and the three major regions are gradually expanding during the sample period,and the inter-regional differences are the main source of overall differences.From the perspective of spatial distribution characteristics,there is a phenomenon of club convergence in high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-strengthening,and it is difficult to achieve leapfrog hierarchical transfer.
