摘要
高速铁路隧道气动效应会随着列车运行速度的提高而显著增强。针对隧道气动效应仿真分析软件建模、测点布置、参数设置过程繁琐,流程化提取计算结果困难等问题,本文对气动效应计算参数设置及计算流程进行了封装,基于计算流体力学软件二次开发了高速铁路隧道气动效应计算辅助分析软件。该软件具有操作简便、可视化、参数化等特点,实现了数值计算结果自动提取和分析,还可自动输出列车在隧道内行驶和交会时引起的隧道内外及列车表面不同测点的气动载荷、隧道洞口微气压波等数据。将软件计算结果与实车测试结果进行了对比分析,相对误差为5.66%,说明软件计算结果可信度高。经计算,当隧道净空面积为100 m2,列车分别以时速400、440、450 km在隧道中心交会时,隧道附属设施表面气动荷载正峰值分别为6.16、8.27、8.83 kPa,负峰值分别为-10.21、-12.81、-13.60 kPa,峰峰值分别为16.37、21.08、22.43 kPa。
The aerodynamic effect of high speed railway tunnels significantly increases with the increase of train operating speed,and the aerodynamic effect of tunnels is a key issue in the construction of high speed railway infrastructure under higher speed conditions.In response to the current problems of cumbersome models,measurement points and parameter settings in tunnel aerodynamic effect simulation analysis software,as well as difficulty in streamlining the extraction of calculation results,the parameter settings and calculation process for aerodynamic effect calculation were encapsulated,and a secondary development of high speed railway tunnel aerodynamic effect calculation auxiliary software was designed based on computational fluid dynamics software.The software had the characteristics of simplified operation,visualization,parameterization,etc.It realized the automatic extraction and analysis of simulation calculation results,and could automatically output the aerodynamic loads at different measuring points inside and outside the tunnel and on the surface of the train caused by the train traveling and intersecting in the tunnel,as well as the micro air pressure waves at the tunnel entrance.The relative error between the actual vehicle test results and the software calculation results was 5.66%,indicating that the software calculation results are reliable.Using this software,the positive peak values of aerodynamic loads on the surface of tunnel ancillary facilities were calculated to be 6.16,8.27,8.83 kPa,and the negative peak values were calculated to be-10.21,-12.81,-13.60 kPa,meanwhile,the peak to peak values of aerodynamic loads were calculated to be 16.37,21.08,22.43 kPa,respectively,when the train passes through the center of the tunnel with a clearance area of 100 m2 at speeds of 400,440,450 km/h.
