摘要
加压湿法冶金技术作为金属冶炼领域的一项重要技术,通过在高于常压和反应温度高于常压液体沸点的条件下进行冶金过程,实现金属的有效提取和分离。在锌冶炼等领域,加压湿法冶金技术展现出原料适应性强、流程简短且清洁环保、锌浸出率高且综合回收能力强等技术优势。该技术通过控制高温高压条件下的化学反应,实现金属与杂质的有效分离,提高金属的纯度。在金属综合回收方面,加压强化浸出技术提高有价金属元素的回收率,推动金属资源的循环利用。此外,加压湿法冶金技术还在金属冶炼危废处理中发挥了重要作用,实现危废的减量化处理和资源化利用。
Pressure hydrometallurgy,as an important technology in the field of metal smelting,realizes the effective extraction and separation of metals through the metallurgical process under the conditions of higher than normal pressure and reaction temperature above the boiling point of liquid under normal pressure.In zinc smelting and other fields,pressure hydrometallurgy technology has shown strong raw material adaptability,short process and clean environmental protection,high zinc leaching rate and comprehensive recovery ability.By controlling the chemical reaction under high temperature and high pressure conditions,the technology can effectively separate metals from impurities and improve the purity of metals.In the aspect of comprehensive metal recovery,pressure enhanced leaching technology improves the recovery rate of valuable metal elements and promotes the recycling of metal resources.In addition,pressure hydrometallurgy technology also plays an important role in the treatment of hazardous waste in metal smelting,and realizes the reduction treatment and resource utilization of hazardous waste.
