文章探讨了叉车制动系统的检验方法和制动力分析,介绍了传统检验方法的升级,包括视觉检查、功能测试、压力测试和制动片磨损检测,以及新型智能化检验手段,如远程诊断、智能预警系统和传感器网络。文章还分析了机械部分、油路系统和真空增压系统的智能化、信息化分析,旨在通过先进技术提升叉车制动系统的性能和安全性。研究结果表明,智能化检验方法和制动力分析能有效预测和预防制动系统故障,保障叉车安全运行。
This article explores the inspection methods and braking force analysis of forklift braking systems,and introduces the upgrade of traditional inspection methods,including visual inspection,functional testing,pressure testing,and brake pad wear detection,as well as new intelligent inspection methods such as remote diagnosis,intelligent warning systems,and sensor networks.The article also analyzes the intelligence and informatization of the mechanical part,oil system,and vacuum boosting system,aiming to improve the performance and safety of forklift braking systems through advanced technology.The research results indicate that intelligent inspection methods and brake force analysis can effectively predict and prevent brake system failures,ensuring the safe operation of forklifts.
