摘要
目的探讨柴胡疏肝散治疗胃溃疡的临床效果、安全性及对胃黏膜表皮生长因子及受体表达的影响。方法选取2021年2月-2024年2月信丰县中医院收治的60例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组采用柴胡疏肝汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分(胃痛、泛酸、纳差、上腹胀)、溃疡相关因子水平[血清胃黏膜表皮生长因子(EGF)及其受体(EGFR)]、不良反应(腹胀、恶心、头晕、失眠)发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后中医症候积分均低于对照组,溃疡相关因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散治疗胃溃疡的临床效果确切,能够改善患者临床症状及溃疡相关因子水平,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of gastric ulcer and its effect on the expression of epidermal growth factor and receptor in gastric mucosa.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to Xinfeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Chaihu Shugan decoction.The treatment effect,TCM syndrome scores(stomach pain,pantothenic acid,anorexia,upper abdominal distension),ulcer-related factor levels[serum gastric mucosal epidermal growth factor(EGF)and its receptor(EGFR)],and incidence of adverse reactions(abdominal distension,nausea,dizziness,insomnia)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of ulcer-related factors were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of gastric ulcer,which can improve the clinical symptoms and ulcer-related factors of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions and high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
