摘要
辣木是亚洲和非洲广泛种植的一种药食同源植物,含有辣木油、蛋白质等活性成分。本文以天然提取的辣木油为原料,研制辣木系列护肤品(精华油、乳液、面霜和面膜)。综合比较辣木系列护肤品的感官评价结果和抗氧化功效,确定感官评价最好的是辣木面霜,而辣木精华油的抗氧化效果最好。本研究为辣木护肤品的开发和应用提供了思路。
Moringa oleifera is a kind of medicinal and edible homologous plant widely cultivated in Asia and Africa,which contains many active ingredients such as Moringa oil,protein.Using Moringa oil as raw material,Moringa-based cosmetics(essence oil,emulsion,cream and mask)were developed.By comparing the results of sensory evaluation and antioxidant efficacy of Moringa-based cosmetics,the results showed that Moringa cream had the best sensory evaluation,while Moringa essential oil had the best antioxidant effect.This study provides a thought for the development and application of Moringa-based cosmetics.
