With the rapid development of science and technology,intelligent technology has become an important driving force for the transformation and upgrading of all walks of life.This paper deeply discusses the application prospect of intelligent technology in construction engineering management.Firstly,it outlines the theoretical basis and core components of intelligent technology,including advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and the Internet of Things,and briefly analyzes its application in other industries.Then,it analyzes the current situation of construction engineering management,pointing out the current challenges and the demand for intelligent technology.Through specific application examples,it shows the practical application effects of intelligent technology in project management,construction site management,and building information modeling.Then,it analyzes the positive impacts of intelligent technology on the efficiency,cost,risk,and sustainable development of construction engineering management,and puts forward strategies for implementing intelligent technology in construction engineering management.Finally,it discusses the possible challenges in the application process of intelligent technology,such as technical updates,data security,and industry standards,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.It is hoped that through a comprehensive and in-depth study,this paper can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the application of intelligent technology in the field of construction engineering management and look forward to its future development trend.
