城市供水管网漏损治理措施及成效分析

摘要 城市供水管网漏损率是考核供水企业管理水平的主要内容,也是节水型城市的重要考核指标。降低供水管网漏损率蕴藏着极大的经济效果和社会效益,对节约水资源、增加水费收入和降低工程运行成本具有积极的促进作用。如何降低供水管网漏损率,是供水企业面临的难题。总结分析了近年来安庆市供水管网漏损治理工作措施和所取得的成效,工程措施主要是采取更新改造老旧的供水管网,选用优质供水管材,加强对设计、施工等环节的质量管理;维护管理措施主要是提升检漏设备和技术,加强对检漏人员的管理,建立智慧水务管控平台,对供水管网运行状态实现精准控制等。经过上述一系列措施的综合治理,安庆市供水管网漏损率由原来的38.86%降至9%以下,成效显著。 The leakage rate of urban water supply networks is a key indicator for evaluating the management level of water supply enterprises and serves as an important assessment criterion for water-efficient cities.Reducing the leakage rate in water distribution networks holds significant economic benefits and social value,playing a positive role in conserving water resources,increasing water fee revenue,and lowering operational costs of engineering projects.How to reduce pipeline leakage rates remains a major challenge for water supply enterprises.This article summarizes and analyzes the leakage control measures and achievements in Anqing City’s water supply network in recent years.The engineering measures primarily include renovating aging pipelines,adopting high-quality pipe materials,and strengthening quality management in design and construction processes.Maintenance management measures focus on upgrading leak detection equipment and technologies,enhancing personnel management for leak detection,and establishing a smart water management and control platform for precise monitoring of pipeline operations.Through comprehensive implementation of these measures,Anqing City has successfully reduced its water supply network leakage rate from 38.86%to below 9%,demonstrating remarkable effectiveness.
